CUSTOM ORDERS

We do take custom orders. Please call our showroom Monday - Saturday between 10 a.m-6 p.m. to place your order over the phone with one of our sales representatives. Our phone number is (902)-407-4147. Custom orders approximately take 4 - 8 weeks depending on the time of your order. Holidays may affect this time period.

CUSTOMER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All of our pieces are made by hand, therefore, they are delicate and need proper care, handling and storage. To ensure the quality, plated jewelry should not be worn while swimming, bathing, exercising or when applying perfumes, lotions or hair products. To clean your plated jewelry, use a soft cloth and gently wipe (do not buff) the surface. Please do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners or jewelry cloths as they will affect the finish of the pieces. When you are not wearing your pieces, please store them in the pouches, separately.

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care. Repair services are offered. For assistance please call our showroom at (902)-407-4147. We are open Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Online purchases can be exchanged for another item or store credit, 10 days after receiving the piece. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
